Security and Damage Deposit Policy

A pre-authorization hold of $500 will be placed on the credit card used for the booking up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Guests will be required to provide their credit card information, Failure to pay damage deposit will result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of reservation payment. Deposit is refundable provided there is no significant damage to the premises from guest use and that the cabin and surrounding property are left in satisfactory condition.

Adults only Property 

At this time, we are an adult only property. You must be 18+ to stay with us. 

Reservations can be cancelled with a 100% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations can be cancelled with a 50% refund up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted less than 7 days prior to arrival.

In order to ensure the comfort and respect of all guests, The Woodlots is a pet-free property. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee for dogs and $500 fee for cats or other animal / Mammals. 

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.
